Friday night is now #DIRTNight on RaceSpot TV and iRacingLive! Join Cam Walsh and Randy Chenowth as they bring a gambit of dirt races, featuring iRacing’s new heat racing format. It starts at 8 PM EST with the latest addition to the iRacing service, the Red Bull Global Rallycross Series (Class D), featuring the Volkswagen Beetle and Ford Fiesta GRC cars fighting for grip on special layout, multi-surfaced circuits with dirt, jumps, and pavement.

  • Qualifying: 14 cars, 3 laps; sets grid for heats
  • Heat 1: 7 cars (odd number qualifiers), 5 laps, top 4 advance to final

Last Week: Indianapolis

Although Mitchell deJong’s real-world visit to Lucas Oil Raceway ended in disappointment in July with mechanical issues on pre-grid, he found vindication in iRacing competition at the track last Friday. Dominant once again, the polesitter and Heat 1 winner took an eight-second victory over Graham K. Bowlin in the 10-lap main event. Click here for the full recap!

Driver Profile: Sindre Setsaas

Although last week was his first appearance on a Red Bull GRC iRacing broadcast, Setsaas has earned the respect of three-time Supercar champion Scott Speed in online sessions. Ranked in the top 100 iRacing drivers worldwide by Sim Racing Observer, Setsaas went wheel-to-wheel with Graham K. Bowlin for second in Indianapolis last week and just barely settled for third place. He currently ranks second in the overall championship behind Mitchell deJong.

Feeling confident? See if you can beat Sindre’s top lap times in an iRacing Supercar:
