Staturday 2016 vs. 2017: Steve Arpin

For Loenbro Motorsports’ Steve Arpin, the 2017 Red Bull Global Rallycross season ended on a high note when the popular Canadian finally snatched his first Fan Favorite Driver of the Year award. It was a particularly special way to end what had already been a strong year for Arpin, who posted his first multi-win season, won in his home country, and led the point standings for the first time in his Red Bull GRC career.

As consistent as he was in 2016, Arpin was ever so slightly better in almost all categories last year, and the result was a move up to third in the championship—his best season yet in the five years he’s spent in the Supercar class.
